The big build

An autonomous farm for the food bank

A stationary FarmBot tends a rotating set of hydroponic growing beds. Our MomBa transfer robots shuttle beds between the lighting racks and the FarmBot's maintenance station β€” so the robot farms around the clock instead of babysitting one bed of lettuce.

The result: fresh greens grown year-round, in Moose Jaw, for the food bank's shelves β€” no growing season, no grocery middleman, no volunteer burnout.

The FarmBot Fund is a food-bank exclusive until the farm is built. After that, participating non-profits enter the draw for the next community build.
